We all had so much fun Lillie got to ride the horses but of course David wanted nothing to do with it, but i think that he had a good time anyway! Well he is soooooo big! Our little David is a big boy now for the last 5 days he has gone potty on the potty chair and knock on wood has not had one accident. We are so proud of him, but I really miss that little baby who use to giggle at peek-a-boo. And I can't help but wonder how does he know how to do all of these things and I realize that our son is brilliant and there is nothing that he can't do.

We have had so much fun in the last month swimming and being outside I just had to take a few pictures to let you all see. Both the kids are getting big and driving their parents crazy but in a good way Ben has been working in to garden and it is fabulous. I continue to drop the pounds and can't wait to meet my goal weight. I hope all of you are doing well.

Hello again everyone yesterday our son David turned three years old and he has changed so much. It seems like yesterday he was my little baby boy and we were new parents who didn't have clue what we were doing. Well now he is three and a big boy but we still don't know what we are doing. HA HA!! And our love for him just grows stronger for him and Lillie everyday.

Well from the pictures you can see that we had a lot of fun outside!! I think that David had more fun then all of us though. As Ben and I were pulling weeds in the garden (which by the way looks fabulous Ben has done a great job) David decided to go swimming. He walked over and took off his clothes and got into the water that we had just put in there so it was freezing cold. As you can see by the video it was hard to get him out of there too. The more we live here the more we love our house and our yard but most of all our kids laughing and having a good time in our yard. I hope all of you are able to get out and enjoy your yard too.

My Boy!! And My Girl!!

I was looking through pictures the other day and I can't believe how much my kids look alike or is it that all newborns look like this, but I know that is not true also because they are the most beautiful children in the world. There are days that go by and I still can't believe that I have two kids two great kids. David is so sweet with Lillie every time she is laying on the bed with us he wants to kiss her and touch her head and he always says "so sweet". Every day that little boy amazes me with what he has learned and how independent he has become. I can't believe that he will be 3 this June.
Lillie is getting chubbier every day and has started to coo and I really can't wait till she sleeps through the night but she does sleep really well for a new baby. She has really started to watch the lights and be outside. There is a part of me that can't wait until she and I can go shopping together and when I can put her hair into pony tails. And the other part of me wants her to stop growing and stay my baby forever. I am just really really really glad that we have two healthy and happy kids.

Well these are the plants that are in the front of our house and we have no idea what they are or when they are going to bloom. I bet when they do bloom that they are going to be beautiful so I will have to let you know what thy look like. Oh these kids of ours!! Well Lillie is getting really big and David never stops amazing us. In the last couple of weeks he has been talking so much and is more independent then ever. They both love the out doors. They also love to drive mom and dad crazy (and do a great job) but we love them anyway. We hope that all of you are doing well and we will update the blog again soon.

David and the chickens

The other day we went to Orchlens and got 15 chicks and David couldn't be happier. He loves to get in there little area and pet them but he is not a fan of holding them. He is also not a fan of when they flap there wings. If your wondering what the yellow things wrapped around him it is a tape measure ( I have no idea why he wraps himself up). So I guess that you could say that the chicken coop is now used for what it was built for.... hanging out and raising chickens. Us girls are doing great too Lillie gets cuter every day. Yesterday she had her first doctors appointment and she weights 9 pounds and 4 ounces. We have two healthy kids and I could not be happier. I hope all of you are healthy and well!!

Lillie's Baptism

This weekend we had Lillie's Baptism in Wichita at St. Pauls Lutheran Church. She slept through the whole thing and never made a peep big brother David was also there and wasn't so quiet. I guess that you can't really ask a two year old to be too quiet and calm. I think that he is finding out that not everything is about him anymore but he is dealing with it well for now. We hope that everyone had a great Easter and we will be in touch soon!

Adjusting Fine

Well life in the Fulton family has changed once again as you know, but this change has been one of the biggest changes of all. With the arrival of Lillie we were not sure what to expect, especially with David but he is adjusting fine, and taking good care of his little sister. With Lillie's arrival also came spring, and getting ready for all that goes along with this wonderful season. We have been working in the garden, and getting ready for life on the Fulton Farm. Well here she is and she is wonderful!! She was born on Thursday morning at 11:15am she weighted 8lbs and 1oz and is 21ins long. She is just as beautiful as her big brother who is not to sure what to think just yet. Mom and Dad are doing great and are very happy that they have a healthy baby girl. We will write more soon.

Well all it's about 7:20am and I wanted to write a little note before we go in and meet this new little girl. For starters thank you to all the family and friends that prayed for us and who were there for us through out this whole pregnancy. I can honestly say that so far she has given us some sleepless nights and her dad is sure that she is in fact a girl because she is already pulling on his heart strings. I however knew she was a girl as soon as I was pregnant I guess that you could call it mothers intuition or the fact that I was much more sick with her then I ever was with David. But through it all we are very excited to meet her and add her to our family her big brother David has been saying baby or willie (lillie) for about two weeks now. I hope that he is just as happy when she finally gets here too. I am sure that there will be tough days and that I will want to pull all of my hair out from time to time but I can't wait to meet her ( and have my body back to myself) I truly feel that God has blessed us with a gift. Ready for Spring

Greetings Friends,

I hope all is going well for all of you where ever you may be! Life for us is going well, and we are prepping for Lillie to come into our family. David is doing good, and is ready to go outside and have some play time in the warm sunshine instead of the cloudy, cold, slushy yard!! The spring will not only bring wonderful weather, new growth, and color to our world, but it will also bring the birth of our little girl. We are truly excited and blessed that all is going well with the pregnancy and that everyone is staying healthy. Please stay in touch and we will keep you posted when Lillian Grace is born. Hello again all
I don't really have any new pictures this time but I was just looking through the last year or so and realized that a lot has happened. A year ago at this time we were living in Ashland Ne. and then moved to Dubuque, Ia. Soon after moving to Iowa we found out that we were going to be having a baby and we couldn't have been happier. Ben started school and David turned into a little man. Then some bad news that turned out to be good with the Lilly ( who is doing great). Then Ben got a job at a church in Topeka, ks. I never thought that I would be living back here again and we moved into a house that we loved. Now we are getting ready for Lillian Grace Fulton to make her arrival. We have had a long year but it has gone by very fast and I am very nervous to think about what is to come. Soon though we will be looking back at this year and thinking what we went through. I hope that everyone is doing well.

Snow Days

More snow came again last night (as if we need anymore) but it does make for a beautiful picture. David thinks that it sure is fun to play in (and eat). However pretty it might be I sure am ready for spring and summer so that we can spend some time outside in our new yard. I do miss our friends in Iowa but I sure don't miss the snow there!! Ben and David got out today and had fun (well David did) Ben shoveled the driveway and if you have seen our driveway you know that is no easy task so maybe I am not the only one who is ready for spring and summer!

Back in Kansas!!!

Well we have moved again just in time for Christmas. We have moved back to Topeka and into one of the best places we have ever lived. The house that we are renting is a three bedroom farm house with a two car garage and "The chicken coop" which is what Ben calls it I call it "Man land" it's an old chicken coop that has been cleaned up and has a wood burning stove ( ya know to keep those chickens warm who need to get away from there wives) and David also has his own play room ( they finished the attic) We could not be happier! This Christmas David got a scooter with a helmet and knee pads and we couldn't help but take a picture because he just sooooo cute with them on. We hope that ya all had a terrific Holiday and have a safe New years.

He is so smart!!

Last night I was doing things in the kitchen when I realized that David was really quiet so I went to check on him every thing was fine he was playing. So a little while later I went to check on him again and found that he had made a hammock of his stuff friends. As he would put them in his hammock he then would listen to there heart with his stethoscope. I was a little embarrassed to see that he had used one of my bras as his place of examination but then thought how smart my son is and wonder if some day will we have a Veterinarian in the family. I hope all of you are doing well.

I have had a lot of scary and sad things happen to me in my life. Things like my husband deploying over seas and not knowing when he is coming back or where he is going. Horse accidents up the wazoo! But nothing could prepare me for what we were about to hear last Tuesday. I had a sonogram last Friday and they called to tell us that there was fluid around the baby's heart and kidneys and a cyst in her brain and that we would need to go to Iowa City to have a sonogram done with a specialist. By the time the nurse in Dubuque was finishing the last part of the phone call I was in shock and I had her talk to Ben to give him directions to the hospital in Iowa City. So on Tuesday evening we made the trip to Iowa City and stayed over night which turned out to be the longest of my life ( I would rather be in labor for 36hours again). The next morning we went to the hospital and they talked to us about what could be wrong with her and told us things like she might not live. Then we go in and have to sonogram and the doctor tells us that he doesn't find anything wrong with her heart, kidneys or brain and that she looks normal. I have never wanted to kiss another man so bad in all my life. I know that this is a lot of information but the outcome is that she is doing great and already putting her daddy through the ringer just like only my daughter would, but Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and souls for all of your prayers.

Here SHE is!!!

Well that is right we had an ultrasound today and the lady says that we are having a girl. We are so happy and nervous at the same time we are so use to having a boy that it is like starting all over again ( but in a good way) I can't wait to put her in dresses and paint her nails. Ben is deal with the news well I think that deep down he is really nervous but that little girl will have him so wrapped around her finger that I think he will adapt quickly. She weighs about that same as a can of pop and the whole time we were wanting to see her face she kept covering it with her hands and arms. We told David that he was going have a little sister and his reaction was what are you talking about so hopefully when she gets here he will understand better. I hope all of you are doing well and we will talk to ya soon.

Halloween

I remember Halloween being sooo much fun you got to run around (at night) with your friends and the best thing of all was that you got a ton of candy (that usually only lasted about two or three days) and out of all the trick or treating I did I never once thought of how tiring it was for my mother (who most of my child years made my costume (the crazy women). Then last night came (Ben was out of town so our friends James and Jenny Lotz came with me. Thank God!!!!) David this year was Buzz Lightyear and could not be happier I put on the costume and he starts shouting To infinity and beyond!! Or what sounded like it anyway. Then we start trick or treating and he would go to the door and shake with excitement ( or cold he would not wear his jacket). Finally when we were on our way home he realized that it was over and had a break down in the neighbors hall way. When I finally got him home he wanted to sleep in his costume and then had another break down. Towards the end of the night he went to bed and I realized that I am never doing Halloween without Ben again and certainly not 5 months pregnant. So thank you mom for all the great years I don't know how you survived.

Hello again sorry it has been so long since I last wrote but I had to get through that 1st trimester. Today we went to a local pumpkin patch with some of our friends and there was sooo much to do David had a blast. They had a big pile of corn that we didn't think that we would ever get David out of and many other things. So we will find out what new little Fulton is going to come our way. Well here is the first picture of our new addition. So far we know there is definitely a baby there, and only one. He/She is just chillin with Mom right now and growing away. We saw the brain, heartbeat, two legs, two arms, and that's about it. Life is good and Janielle is FINALLY feeling better, and is getting around a lot easier now that she isn't barfing all the time ( I love when I get to write these things, I will get in trouble for the barfing comment later). So all is well, and David is excited for his new little brother to show up. Um Er I mean or sister. I hope all of you are well, and drop us a line if you get a chance.

Hello Friends,

Well Janielle usually posts the updates, but she is not feeling great these days. With the sickness that goes along with this pregnancy I am pretty sure she is up to at least 4 more kids! She is hanging in there though. David is doing great and growing like a weed. He is full of laughs, and he loves life in general. We are looking forward to many visitors in the fall, and we are excited to show off our new area that we live in (there really is a ton of things to do here)! Some other news is that I have decided to switch over to the Army National Guard as a Chaplain Candidate, so I will be wearing a new uniform in the future. Other than that all is well with the Dubuque Fultons, and we look forward to hearing all of your great life stories as they happen too. Blessings to you all.

Well all in my last blog I asked what will come next. Last week Ben started Greek and is very glad that it is his only class. I am not too sure about David he plays so hard that he can't even stay awake to eat. And yesterday we found out that another Fulton will be added to the family. That's right I am pregnant. Today was a great day this morning we lazed around the house and then the girls and I went to boarders to catch up on our gossip. And tonight we went to the Sem. to get Ben's schedule and have dinner after chapel. Then we thought that we would have a nice relaxing night at home until our pride and joy decided to try on my mascara. The crazy thing is that he did a pretty good job getting it on his eye lashes unfortunately my new tube of mascara was gone. I know that the Grandmothers and the Aunts are going to get a kick out of this however I think that he learned his lesson because it took 20min. to get half of it off and I hope that the rest will come off tomorrow. But I do have to say that his blue eyes looked amazing. I will ask again What will happen next?

I just wanted to put up some pictures of David and his new room. I was a little nervous about how he would do in a big boy bed but he is doing great. We have also found that he loves corn on the cob the other day he ate an ear and a half. The funny things is after he is done eating them he lines them up as if he is so proud. Hello again all!! Well we made in through our first week in Iowa and I do have to say that it has been fabulous. Everyone here is so nice and you always see something new. As I was waiting for the pictures to upload four deer ran in front of the window. David is doing well and has learned so many new things he can now go up the slide by himself and to swing on his stomach. There are two other kids David's age that he plays with one is a little boy named Logan and the other is a little girl named Anna ( her parents just adopted her from china) she is just about the most adorable girl that I have ever seen in all my life she keeps those boys in line. Ben is ready to start Greek and get his nose back in the books. And as for myself I feel that there are endless possibilities. However we do miss all of you and we can't wait to see you again.

Well we have finally made it to Dubuque, Iowa and so far things are going really well. We have met a lot of our neighbors and David has even met a new friend Logan ( who is also two). We have also checked out some of the sites. We were on a drive the other day and we came across a beautiful spot in a park to get out and walk and take pictures. I do have to say that I think the next three years here will be filled with a lot of great memories. At our new place there is a great place for David to run and there is also a park for him to play in with a Sand box. I hope you all are doing well. Talk to ya soon.

I wanted to let ya'll see some pictures that we took at Easter and the week after. David and I spent some time in Topeka after Easter with family. It was really great to see everyone and to be able to spend time together. My sister Danielle was so gracious and let David and I take over her room. Then we went to visit Grandpa Tasker and later met up with Ben at Camp Tomah Shinga. David had a great time pretending to drive Grandpa's tractor. We are getting ready for that next chapter in life and for another move. I hope to see everyone before we move and look forward to hearing from all of you until then.

Changes

Greetings Friends,

Well the one thing that has remained consistant in the lives of the Fulton's is change. Yes you heard it right we have another life changing moment happening in our little family! Janielle, and David, and I will soon be the Dubuque Iowa Fulton's! I have decided with the help and support of my family to attend Wartburg Seminary. We will be moving there in August and start classes in the fall. We are excited to embark on this new journey, and this opportunity to grow together as a family in such a unique community of people.

On a lighter note, here are some recent pictures that we took. One of David is at the Henry Doorley Zoo in Omaha, the other is in his new recliner! The picture of Dad and I was taken in Olympia Washington on his Birthday this year. Please stay in touch!

Hello all
Over night it dumped about 6 inches of snow on us. Some people may see this as a problem but not us we went out and played. David was such a kick he dove face first right into the snow. Dad (Ben) showed him how to eat the fluffy white stuff and he was set. When we finally had to go because David was shivering. Ben and I both thought that he was for sure having the first break down of his life. He cried so hard that I not sure what was running faster his nose or the tears. What can we say the boy loves to be outside!! Oh well until next time, we will talk to ya all soon.

The New Year

Well it's a new year and we are having to much fun. The other day we got about 4in of snow so we decided to go sledding. David had a blast and when we left he cried and did not want to go home even though his nose and cheeks were sooooo red from the wind. Then as soon as we got home he past out. Other then the cold weather things are good Ben is working hard as usual and David is growing and learning more every day. As for myself I applied to Midland Lutheran College and so far plan to start next fall. I think that is one of the scariest things that I have ever done but what is fun about life unless you push your self to do new things. We will see what happens next. I hope that everyone is doing great.

Happy late Thanksgiving
This year we had Thanksgiving here in Ashland it was a great time. The first picture that you see is Luran (some friends of ours little girl) pushing David up against the wall to give him a kiss, it was one of the sweetist things that I have ever seen. The rest of the pictures are from when we all went to the zoo in Omaha. I am not to sure who had more fum the kids or the adults but witch ever it was a great time. However there are far too many things to do to get them all done in one weekend so we will all have to do it again some other time. Hope everyones Holiday was a great one and we will talk agian soon.

Big City Mountaineers

Well I have a new adventure at hand! In April I will be climbing Long’s Peak in Colorado to support a Non-Profit organization called Big City Mountaineers. This organization partners with other inner city organizations and takes at-risk youth out on 8 day backpacking trips. The minimum amount raised from this climb will send 5 youth out on backpacking trips all over the United States. As most of you know the outdoors is and always has been a big part of my life, and a huge factor in developing who I am today. When I heard about BCM I knew I needed to get involved as a volunteer. This gives me an opportunity to pass along the same type of experiences that I have had that have had such life changing affects on me. I am asking for your support on this climb to afford the opportunity to many at-risk youth in our country. This is your chance as well, to help to give the at-risk youth in our country a chance at experiencing the inconceivable gifts of the wilderness while they are stuck in such a beauty deprived environment. Read the stories of how this program is already affecting so many lives of teens that are in unique situations. Well apparantly one of the perks of preaching is getting to go flying! I preached at a church in Albion Nebraska this weekend, and one of the members took me up and let me fly his airplane! This last weekend David and I joined Ben on a trip out west to Sullivan Hills (the camp out west) and we all had a blast. We took a hike up to one of the worship sites on top of a hill and you could see for miles. It was very beautiful and peaceful and I can't wait to go out there and take my horse Jessie for a long weekend this spring hoping that my mom will join me it will be a great time. It was also great to see Ben work and see the impact that he has on people. He spoke at a church on Sunday morning and I had so many people come up to me and say how much they loved him (big surprise). Any way hope that everyone is doing great and we will talk to ya soon.

Isn't he cute?

Isn't he just the cutest little boy you have ever seen? This last week David has learned a few things. One is that it is really embarassing for mom and dad when I scream in public. Two is if I cry long enough I should get my way (but that never happens) . And three is my Aunts and Grandmas love to get me out of trouble. By the way grandmas and aunts if you get him out of trouble we are going to send him to live with you when he is a teenager so you may want to rethink that whole spoil thing (HA HA). Hello again everyone, things have been pretty exciting around here as you can see it is Halloween and David couldn't be any more cute. We all went trick or treating tuesday and he (like his dad) was not afraid to go up to any door. I personally think that he was the cutiest Sheriff in the world. The day of Halloween he decided to go fishing in the living room. Other then that things have been good here David and I were in Topeka for a couple of weeks and had a blast while Ben was on a trip for work. It was good to see him again and get back home. Hello everyone ! Last night Jason, Leslie and Luran came over for dinner and David was pushing her around on his airplane. They were so cute and David was such a little gentlemen. And a couple weeks ago we went to an airshow in Omaha and watched the Blue Angles. I guess that you could say like father like son. As you can see Ben and David could not take thier eyes off those planes. When we were there it really made us think of Grandpa and the other poeple who give their lives for us. Trip To The Northland

Well here are a few photos from my trip up to Minnesota. I went up to visit Jamie who some of you may recall was in our wedding line up so many years ago. He is a camp director just outside of McGregor Minnesota. We had a great time of 4-wheelin and playing around. Our baby is getting bigger!

Our baby boy is getting older, today we all went out to the camp to take down Ben's tent and David was a BIG help. Everyday he shows us what new things that he can do with out mom and dads help. We are all ready for fall and ready for the leaves to change colors. Ben is doing well and is working hard. David and I are always on the go now that he can walk and almost run. Greetings friends,
Well life in Ashland is going very well for us. Although we do miss our Kansas families, we are doing fine, and staying busy. The weather keeps threatening to cool down, and we welcome that! We are all ready for fall! We have had some real heaters here lately! Janielle and I will be heading to Topeka in September to fulfill the final weekend of my National Guard career. It has served me well, and I feel that I have served my country and done my duty. Life here is a little too busy to stay in. I have made some life long friends, and I have some very fond memories of my time and travel with the 190th ARW. Janielle is doing well, she is a busy Mom, and David definitely keeps her going! She continues to impress me with her abilities to keep up the home, and keep track of David. I am blessed to be married to such a dedicated woman. I also want to take a minute to say how proud I am of my Dad who is over in Afganistan right now. He has been traveling all over between Afganistan, and Iraq serving as a Chaplain with the Air Force Reserves. He has a sense of mission that I try to emulate. He has a true passion for people, and for the Church that he serves and it makes the Fulton name a proud one. I look forward to spending some time working with him in the near future! Other than that all is well here and we look forward to phone calls, and visits, all are welcome here!

What Happened to July?!?

Wow what happened to the month of July? Here is a quick run down of our life. Janielle has been spending some time in Topeka with her family, I have been traveling quite a bit, and time seems to slip away fast! I attended the ELCA National Youth Gathering in San Antonio this month, and it was an incredible experience. We helped to facilitate the high ropes course at a gathering of 25,000 high school youth! It gives me great hope for our church to see that many young people commited to coming together for an event like this! David continues to grow and bless our lives. What did we ever do without him?! I am sure now that there is no greater joy in the world than being a father. Blessings to you all.

He walks!

Hello again
Well on the fourth of July David took his first step and on the sixth he took 6-8 steps. Who knows what he'll do in a few more days. He is growing up fast and it's really hard to keep up with him I now know what our parents went through and to all of them from the both of us we are so so so so sorry. At the same time we love him more then anything in this world. Things are going well here in Nebraska Ben is working like crazy and David and I stay pretty busy by going to the park and other activities. I have ridden some of the horese out at camp and can not wait to ride again. I hope all of you are doing great and God Bless.

Well I know I haven't been the best as posting lately, but better late than never right?! Life here is going good but hectic. Summer camp is in full swing and we are running strong at NLOM. David and Dad took a trip yesterday to Schramm Park about 10 miles from our apartment in Ashland and we had a blast! Ducks, and swings were plentiful, and it was good to have some time with the little guy. The summer keeps kicking along, and before we know it fall will be upon us (thank God, bring on the cool weather and autumn leaves!). Take care and keep in touch.

Home Sweet Nebraska

Well we have settled in and are now resident Nebraskans. Life here is hectic but really good. We live in a brand new apartment, and work is going great. Well life is as hectic as usual here in Lindsborg. We are packing for the big move, and finishing up with classes. I have finals next week, Graduation on the 21st, and the big move on the 22nd. Howdy Gang,
Well we never thought it would happen but I am graduating from Bethany College! That's right May 21st at 3:00pm I will RUN across the stage and grab that piece of paper that has eluded me for the last 11 years! We will also be moving to Nebraska where I will be the Coordinator of Congregational Relations for Nebraska Lutheran Outdoor Ministries. Who'd of thought that I would ever be in Camping Ministry! This truly is my passion and we are excited for a new start in a wonderful environment. I have been interning at the same place for the last year, and the people I will be working with are the best in the world. They have taken me under their wings and taught me more than I ever would have thought possible. I will have to of course change the name of this blog since we will no longer be Lindsborgians, so I will have to come up with something new! I hope all is well with you all and I hope to hear from everyone soon. A prayer request, My Dad left on Monday and will be deploying with the United States Air Force to Iraq. He is serving his country and doing an incredible ministry to the troops over there. he truly exemplifies what it means to be a credit. Pray for peace, and all who strive for it.

Hello All,
Things in Lindsborg are going pretty good these days. The Swedes are all coming out of their homes to rake leaves and do all the preparations for spring. David, Janielle, and I are all doing well, and preparing for not only spring, but a future outside of Lindsborg. So on top of the raking leaves, and dusting off the mower, we are also packing boxes and all that fun stuff! These pictures are of David taking a little soak the other night and we thought they were fun! The other two people there are Beka and Tyler some very good friends of ours (Beka is really David's girlfriend!). I hope all is well with everyone and remember to take a walk outside and feel that sunshine on your face, it always makes my day!

Well I am home from a 6 week training trip to Alabama. It is good to be back here in good old Lindsborg, Kansas. I went through the Chaplains Service Institute in Montgomery, Alabama. While I was down in the South I did have a few adventures though. I spent one weekend hiking on the Appalachian Trail in Georgia, and I spent some time in Pensacola Florida on the Beach. It was a good trip, but I am glad to be home with my Family. I hope you are all doing great things, and I hope to talk with you soon.

Howdy from the Konza Prarie,
Well Dad and I went out for a great hike on New Year's Eve and had a great time. We hiked about 5 miles on the Konza prarie just outside of Manhattan Kansas. Merry Christmas Everyone,
Well the Fultons celebrated the Birth of Christ as an entire family. The Wise 5 and the Eddy 2 all showed up and we had a ball. Santa Claus showed up and surprised the kids, and David almost stole his beard! We had a great time and enjoyed eachother's company. We are keeping busy here in Lindsborg, preparing for one more semester of school, and a possible move to God knows where! We pray it will be a place with great people and a nice neighborhood to raise David in. Other than that all is normal around here. We look forward to a few visitors in January and we are also looking forward to our college friends returning from all the ends of the country! Take care and have a happy new year!

Well I'm sorry it has been a while since my last post, but life has been pretty hectic around Lindsborg this month. I finished up with the Fall semester at Bethany College and we only have one semester left! David continues to grow and learn new things every day. To explain a few of the pictures, today the 17th of December we are in the process of getting up to 9 inches of snow! For those of you that know me well know that one of my favorite things in the world is lots of snow! I was out doing an initial run of shoveling on the drive way and Janielle and David came out to see what was up. Life is good for us and we continue to be blessed with great friends and family. I hope all of you had a great day to give thanks for all the wonderful things in your lives. We were most grateful for David Aaron, and all of our friends and family. Well we made it through the big 10 day trip! Janielle went to Topeka for a while and I was in Grantsburg, Wisconsin then Duluth, Minnesota. I was at the Lutheran Outdoor Ministries Administrative school and conference. What a beautiful part of the country. The trees were in full bloom and the color was incredible. Another added attraction was that there were 10,000 cranes migrating, and we got a chance to see them too. It was hard being away from the little guy for so long, but all is well now that we are all back together. I hope all of you are well and enjoying the cool fall weather. Take care and God Bless.

Well today David and I had a little outing to the college. We went and had pizza with the other ministry minded students. David as usual was a hit and everyone loved him. We met Professor Bishop and got to play with Miss Brenda who has become one of David's favorite people at the school. Dad and David got to dress alike for the first time and we even had the same kind of hiking boots on! Not long before David is bagging peaks in Colorado with old pops.

Well Friends,
We made it out of our first Hyllingsfest ALIVE! That is a miracle. I worked at the coffee shop Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and it was CRAZY! I have never seen so many people in our little town. It was a good turn out though, and everyone seemed to have a good time. Grandma and Grandpa Fulton came up and walked around with David and Janielle, and David got to see his very first parade. It was a good experience, but we are happy to be back to the small town life where a traffic jam consists of four people at the one four way stop in town at the same time! Hyllingsfest Weekend

Well Friday starts the beginning of this Swedish festival called Hyllingsfest. I will be working at the coffee shop for most of the weekend, and it is expected to be super busy! Life here is hectic as usual, and it seems that this year is just zipping by. I do have some prayer requests though. A professer here at Bethany College has developed cancer, and he and his family are really struggling. His name is Roger Bishop, and he has been a good friend and teacher to me. He is a Psychology professor, and has been at Bethany for Years and Years. Please keep him and his family in your prayers. Hello again family and friends. This is the first time that I have written a greeting so I hope it turns out ok!! Today was a good day here in Lindsborg Kansas David is becoming more adorable by the day and is growing by the second. He will be four months old on October 4th and will soon be getting more shots. I am not to sure who it hurts worse David or his over protective mother. Ben is doing well and of course keeps me on my toes with new ideas. This weekend we will all venture out to Topeka for drill weekend and will look forward to see some of you. As for me nothing new to report I love staing home and watching David grow my family makes me so happy and proud that I of course can't wait to add more but will have to wait until the time is right. Last week while Ben was in Neb. David and I went to Topeka for a week for a visit while we were there mom and I went to Perry Lake for a trail ride (which I have not done in a long time and my horse Jessie has never done) everything turned out well and Jessie did great I can't wait to do it agian soon. Well I am back home from Nebraska safe and sound. David seemed to grow up so much in the days I was gone. The trip however was probably the most significant one of my career so far. The people I worked with this week are with out a doubt the best in the business. These people know how to do ministry. I am encouraged and excited to start doing more ministry with these folks. Here are some pictures to illustrate our lives the last few weeks. David spent time with both of his Grandmas at the State Fair last Friday. He loves giving his little horse big hugs and kisses! Dad will be going to Nebraska this week to work on his internship with Nebraska Lutheran Outdoor Ministries. That is what the picture is of just to the left. Life remains hectic and we remain thankful for such a wonderful little boy and for such loving families. I spent the last weekend in Topeka at UTA and got the chance to celebrate the Utech's 50th wedding anniversary. State Fair Weekend

Well there has been some fun things going on the last few days. We all went to the State Fair and hung out on Friday night. David had his first taste of home made Ice Cream and I don't think it aggreed with his stomach! It was a good time though and he got to see all kinds of new animals. I am at Drill this weekend, then back to another fun filled week of school. The pictures here are of camp Tomah Shinga just south of Junction City, Ks. I have been working on numerous projects for the development of this camp. It is an 843 acre camp and is just booming with potential. I will have more details of that coming in the near future. Well Good Morning,
Today I woke up with the little man at around 6:00 and we watched the sun come up together. It is pretty cool being a Dad. Mom and Dad were here for a while on Tuesday night and we went and had dinner together. It is nice being so close to them and we really enjoy their company. Well I guess I am just getting in the Fulton family line up of Blogs! Any way I will post any new updates with our family here in Lindsborg as they happen. School is under way and life is busy. David and Janielle spend their days learning and eating (David does all the eating!). We are finding our way as new parents and loving it. Janielle has truly found her calling as a mother. She is really quite amazing. I have been hitting the books and have several projects going on with the school, and other church related stuff.
